1. General Terms

By accessing this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and measurements for every product listed on our Site. However, please be aware that natural crystals, minerals, and gemstones are unique specimens. Variations in color, size, shape, and pattern are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects. Product images are representative and the item you receive may differ slightly from what is pictured. Weights and dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping destination. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

4. Orders & Availability

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Shipping

We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Quartzsite Minerals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For orders shipped internationally, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is the property of Quartzsite Minerals and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
